I love the “idea” of make up, but the thought of actually applying it to my face terrifies me. LOL I’d love to see you post a tutorial, Ms. FF.
Girl, let’s not get ahead of ourselves. *wink* I’m still in need of tutorials myself, however for you I will make sure when I get better I will do one.
This looked like a fun event.
It was great to watch the MUAs at work.
I think my feelings about makeup mirror Tia’s. I love the idea of it, I love to admire good work and I balk at horrible work but somehow me actually investing the time to do it for myself…no motivation. I’m also very conscious of the many bad examples of makeup application walking around and would hate to be one of *them*.😉
Okay, this made me snicker. I feel you. Makeup is definitely an art, IMO.
I always worry when I apply my own makeup because I don’t want to be “Mrs. Clownface” lol. Reading blogs and watching tutorials have helped tremendously! Nice post!
Thank you. Girl, yes to blogs and tutorials. I would look like a straight up and down drag queen without them. I hear ya, totally!
How did I miss this post?!?!? Sooooo what make-up tips did you learn with how to apply? You know I am a make up rookie so I look for free pointers LOL?!?!?!
Girl, none. I was so busy running around taking pics and trying not to knock anything over that I couldn’t focus on the actual makeup tips. Womp womp!
I do! I do! Umm tips? Here it goes: red lips are sexy and work day appropriate. Drugstores have great sales on good makeup. My fav place is Walgreens. Mascara is on the girls’ best friend list. How’d I do? Lol!
You did great, these are awesome tips. Thanks!
